PP耐酒精油墨

1、油墨特性：低氣味，高光澤，遮蓋力強，過網(wǎng)性流平性好，耐酒精，耐汽油抗白電油，附著力好。

2、適用材料：主要應用于PP材料可達到免處理，不用表面擦PP水、也可印某些金屬PU、電鍍件表面、可絲印、可移印。

3、技術參數(shù)：

a.表干時間：自然揮發(fā)8—15分鐘；

b.細度：5UM↓ 、光澤：60°↑ ；實干時間：自然揮發(fā)8—24小時以內(nèi)；

c.光澤：70°↑ ；

d.耐酒精：1000g力來回超過60次；

e.耐磨：1000g力來回超過50次；

f.過網(wǎng)性：40—160T。

4、稀釋劑的選擇：

a.開油水：可添加10％—20％的DB—O1固化劑使用，S—3慢干開油水，S—150中干開油水，S—240快干開油水。

b.洗網(wǎng)水：S—718；

c.消泡劑：PP專用消泡劑；

d.根據(jù)需要可添加劑10—20％的稀釋劑.

5、注意事項：

a. 使用前將油墨攪拌均勻,用后隨時封閉；本產(chǎn)品請遠離火源，需在避光環(huán)境存放；

b.對未經(jīng)處理或難有附著的PP或BOPP材質(zhì),需先用PP處理劑擦拭承印物表面,在印PPY油墨；

c.施工件在施工前清除表面油漬及污物；

d. 需多色套印時應等前面的顏色表干后進行套色，如有油墨會有些發(fā)并腐蝕，建議用膠罐包裝。

e. 油墨在與固化劑配合使用時，加過固化劑的油墨應在4小時內(nèi)用完，網(wǎng)板不用時立即清洗 ；

f.只可用本系列產(chǎn)品.不得將油墨與其它油墨混合及配色.調(diào)金,銀色油墨時應調(diào)好后及時使用,不能儲存。

6、應急處理措施：

a.如浸濺到眼部立即清水清洗，嚴重者就醫(yī)。

b.滅火急救措施：用干粉，泡沫滅火器或沙子滅火。

C. defoaming agent: PP special defoaming agent;

D. can be additive 10 - 20% diluent as required

5, matters needing attention:

A. use before mixing the ink evenly, use it at any time closed; this product away from the fire source, need to stay in the light environment;

B. for untreated or difficult to adhere to the PP or BOPP material, you need to use PP treatment agent to wipe the substrate surface, in the printing PPY ink;

C. construction parts to remove surface grease and dirt before construction;

D. multicolor printing, you should wait for the color table in front of dry color chromatography, if the ink will be some hair and corrosion, it is recommended to use plastic cans packaging.

E. ink and curing agent in use, plus the curing agent ink should be used in 4 hours, the net plate without cleaning immediately;

F. can only use this series of products. Shall not be mixed with other ink ink and color. Transfer gold, silver ink should be adjusted after the timely use, can not be stored.

6, emergency treatment measures:

A. if splashed to the eye, immediately clean water, serious medical treatment.

B. fire emergency measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish fire.
