歐萊斯MPB系列油墨用于加工金屬及金屬涂漆面印件、玻璃制品、油墨膜面有強(qiáng)粘合性和耐性。MPB系列是內(nèi)含硬化劑的一液型環(huán)氧油墨，而必須以烘焙干燥。雖然是烘焙型，但卻有一液型油墨方便使用的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在可供烘焙的金屬印件上加工可得高性能的油墨膜面功效。

規(guī) 格:1KG/罐

油墨類型：將特殊合成樹脂與環(huán)氧樹脂（Epoxy Resin）混合而成的一液性加熱硬化型油墨。一般這種油墨需要高溫烘焙，但由于內(nèi)含催化劑，可在較中溫狀態(tài)，就能硬化。

用 途：鋁、鍍鋅鐵板、不銹鋼、玻璃制品、鐵及適用于鋁板、電氣用品標(biāo)牌等的印刷。

稀 釋 劑：添加10-15%的T-1000溶劑來調(diào)整粘度。

洗 版：用FH&YT-718洗較經(jīng)濟(jì)。

其它注意事項(xiàng)：

1)MPB系列是以烘焙干燥為前擔(dān)發(fā)近的皮膜性能，但對(duì)室外曝露制品（招牌、信標(biāo)等），在使用時(shí)特別受濕氣影響鄉(xiāng)而成環(huán)氧樹脂（E poxy Resin）特有的顏色從涂料分離的現(xiàn)象，故請(qǐng)注意。

2）MPB系列是以烘焙為前提，因此儲(chǔ)藏時(shí)應(yīng)在外氣影響少的冷暗處保存。

3）MPB系列以硬化劑作催化干燥。但有時(shí)內(nèi)置的硬化劑受外氣影響或保存時(shí)間太長，催化性能會(huì)減弱。這時(shí)可加入不超過去1%的1300催化劑H就可使油墨回復(fù)原來性能。而經(jīng)長時(shí)間儲(chǔ)存的油墨應(yīng)作試驗(yàn)確定性能無問題后才使用。

4）作多色疊印時(shí)如底層顏色油墨完全烘焙硬化，則蓋印上面的其他顏色會(huì)有粘合性降低而有可能脫落的問題。把以如作多色套印時(shí)，底層顏色應(yīng)只作短時(shí)間烘焙，使其表面干燥，即可在上面套印其他顏色，到全部顏色印刷完成后始作正常烘焙

5）MPB油墨應(yīng)用在玻璃制品時(shí)，和金屬及其涂漆面的印刷物相比，在耐水耐濕性方面稍會(huì)降低，故請(qǐng)注意。

外 觀：油墨膜面平滑而有光澤。

干燥條件：150℃加熱30分鐘。

稀 釋 劑：添加10-15%的T-1000溶劑來調(diào)整粘度。

洗 版：用FH&YT-718洗較經(jīng)濟(jì)。

Olec MPB series inks are used to process metal and metal painted printing, glass products, ink film with strong adhesion and durability. The MPB series is a liquid epoxy ink containing hardener, and must be roasted and dried. Although it is baked, it has the advantage of convenient use of liquid ink. The high performance ink film surface can be produced on the metallic parts for baking.

Ink Type: A liquid heat-hardening ink made by mixing a special synthetic resin with epoxy Resin. Generally this kind of ink needs high temperature baking, but because it contains catalyst, it can harden at a moderate temperature.

Usage: Aluminum, galvanized iron plate, stainless steel, glass products, iron and suitable for the printing of aluminum plate, electrical supplies, etc.

Diluent: add 10-15% T-1000 solvent to adjust the viscosity.

Washing plate: washing with FH&YT-718 is more economical.

Other points for attention:

1) MPB series is based on baking and drying for the skin film near the performance, but for outdoor exposed products (signboards, beacons, etc.), especially affected by humidity in the use of home made epoxy resin (epoxy Resin) unique color from the paint separation phenomenon, so please pay attention to.

2) the MPB series is based on baking, so it should be stored in cold and dark places where the external air is less affected.

3) MPB series catalyzed drying with hardener. However, sometimes the internal hardener is affected by external gas or the storage time is too long, and the catalytic performance will be weakened. At this time, H can be added to 1300 of the catalyst which does not exceed 1%, which will make the ink return to its original performance. The ink stored for a long time should be tested to make sure that it has no problem before being used.

4) If the bottom color ink is completely baked and hardened, the other colors on the top of the stamp will have the problem of reducing adhesion and possibly falling off. When making a multicolor overprint, the bottom color should be baked only for a short time, so that the surface is dry, and other colors can be overprinted on it, until all the colors are printed before normal baking.

5) When MPB inks are used in glassware, the water resistance and moisture resistance of MPB inks are slightly lower than those of metals and their painted surfaces.

Appearance: ink film smooth and glossy.

Drying conditions: 150 minutes heating for 30 minutes.

Diluent: add 10-15% T-1000 solvent to adjust the viscosity.
